Key Role:
Serve in a team environment and provide expertise in systems engineering technical and management activities to support development phases of client independently and work as part of a team comprised of systems engineers, developers, test engineers, and stakeholders to implement sound systems engineering processes on the program. Apply existing expertise in systems engineering technical and management processes to quickly become proficient in the program specific policies and procedures concerning its use in supporting system development activities on the program. Mentor associate systems engineers on the general systems engineering technical and management processes and on specific implementations on other potential projects with the client. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Basic Qualifications:
-8 years of experience with an engineering classification
-2 years of experience with a senior role
-Experience with systems engineering technical activities
-Experience with requirements development, functional analysis, design synthesis, integration and test, and verification
-Experience with systems engineering management activities, including integrated planning, requirements management, risk management, and technical performance measures
-Experience with mentoring other systems engineers in the application of the systems engineering technical and management processes
-Experience with developing launch vehicle systems or related flight hardware systems
-Secret clearance required
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of launch vehicle trade study analysis and common design analysis tools used in the launch vehicle industry
-Knowledge of rocket propulsion
-BA or BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field preferred; MA or MS degree in Engineering a plus
