This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Two (2) or more years of experience demonstrating continuous improvement, quality initiatives, problem solving, operational awareness, project management or involvement, and knowledge of information technology and services Experience in a position requiring the ability to apply analytical skills Excellent communication skills including the ability to comprehend and simplify complex ideas both in oral and written form Demonstrated use of effective interpersonal skills in interacting with all levels of associates and managers Proficient in facilitating meetings Experience in vendor and cross-functional relationship management Knowledge of BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama's key business processes in all divisions, including an understanding of the company's structure and culture is preferred Experience using reporting or querying tools preferred Crystal reporting experience preferred Experience using Tableau preferred Plans, organizes and coordinates the efforts of delivering continuous improvement services requested by Management in support of the Balanced Scorecard Pillars, corporate vision, mission, critical issues, tactics, goals and objectives Support is offered to the Underwriting Department, but this position includes interaction with associates and departments at all levels Associates in the Finance Division are expected to utilize department accepted and standard project management methodology The incumbent should lead selected projects to ensure planning, execution, monitoring and closing occur within established guidelines It is critical the position stays knowledgeable of ongoing initiatives throughout the organization as well as divisional objectives The incumbent will also help coordinate efforts and resources of department staff in support of project goals
